Company History

Our steady growth in business volume led us to acquire KUZEY STAR SHIPYARD/YALOVA in 2013.

In 2014, with the goal of offering comprehensive maintenance and repair services to our customers, we acquired Floating Dock No.1 and the shipyard in Tuzla, renaming the facility to KUZEY STAR SHIPYARD / TUZLA.

In addition to Floating Dock No.1, since April 2016, the shipyard has been operating Floating Dock No.2 for Panamax vessels. Moreover, with our most recent investment in 2021, we added the GreenDock Floating Dock to our facilities.

Today, "KUZEY STAR SHIPYARD" introduces a new approach to repair and maintenance services by offering "All-in-One" services to customers.

In addition to ship repairs, KUZEY STAR SHIPYARD continues its growth in the industry with state-of-the-art new build projects.
