As TEKNOMARİN Marine Technical Services, we commenced our commercial activities in 2010. The consistent growth in our business volume led us to acquire KUZEY STAR SHIPYARD/YALOVA in 2013. In 2014, with the aim of providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services to our customers, we acquired Floating Dock No.1 and the shipyard in Tuzla, renaming the facility as KUZEY STAR SHIPYARD/TUZLA.
In addition to Floating Dock No.1, since April 2016, the shipyard has been operating Floating Dock No.2 for Panamax vessels. Furthermore, in our latest investment in 2021, we added the GreenDock Floating Dock to our facilities.
Moreover, TEKNOMARİN has become a subsidiary of KUZEY STAR, and all technical, hydraulic & pneumatic, and electrical & electronic operations within the shipyard continue to be managed under the name of KUZEY STAR.
